updates

I know, I know, I need to update more. but seriously I've been busy...doin' stuff....like watching glee...don't judge me. Ok, you can judge me, but only behind my back.

Seriously I've been working hard though. So here is what I've been working its not done, I'm mainly posting to show I haven't been lounging around in my underwear eating Ben and jerry's while reading the entire history of the X-men on Wikipedia that one Tuesday when I didn't want to deal with normal maps...

Don't judge me.

this is "just cuz" that started turning out fantastic so its being turned into a portfolio piece.

This is a Doctor design in progress for a game, sadly its been cut but I'll finish it up, cuz he is awesome.

his is a Doctor design in progress for a game, sadly its been cut but I'll finish it up, cuz he is awesome. He needs some more highlights, but I've always been scared if them a bit.

This doesn't even include, a model watch I made in maya and the animation I did, i'll post those later.

New character design

In my portfolio class i noticed a lot of my art and characters are a bit too artistic and feminine for a video game game job, so I set out to make a character that was more video game like. so out comes a girl with big guns and big tits! I think I nailed it. I Like her thou, she looks like such a bad-ass

Fable Cover

I love love luuuuuuuuuuv Fables. It is such a cool comic and the characters are super cool. The covers are amazing, James Jean is such a cool artist. Their first cover however, stunk; snow white isn't in white or holding an apple or anything like that. She has a lizard thing on her shoulder, really not sure what that was about. So I tried  my hand at re-doing it. I don't think I got it with this one, it really doesn't speak to the nature of the fables stories But it still looks super cool.

Animation: Acting ball

Hey y'all, This is my acting ball animation for my intermediate modeling class. I think my favorite part is when he shakes his little tukus in the air right before he leaps. He definitely isn't your normal ball, when one of animation friends was giving me advice he asked, what its nature was as it lacked the "bounce" that a normal ball has, I proclaimed he was no longer a ball he was character with organs.

Stuff from last year

This is a circus performer for my 3-d class. In the design sketch she definitely has that "I'm to good for all y'alls," look in her eye, and with legs like that she probably is. Seriously, her legs are super long I was in apparel design for a year so sometimes the fashion illustration techniques trickle over. The model was the first human I ever modeled and I am super proud of how she turned out. My plan is to go back and fix her up till she is perfect.
